Tom Brady was born on August 3rd 1977 in san Mateo California to Tom and Gaylinn Brady. He was the starting Quarterback for two seasons at Junipero Serra High School. He was the teams MVP. Brady went to Michigan where he earned three letters from 1997 to 1999. He ranks third in Michigan history with 710 attempts and 442 completions, fourth with 5,351 yards and 62.3 completion percentage and fifth with 35 touchdown passes. He got drafted in the 18th round of the 1995 Major League Baseball draft as a catcher by the Montreal Expos. He declined it and then got drafted by the New England Patriots in the 6th round (199th overall) in the 2000 NFL draft. He only played 3 snaps in his first NFL season. The next year in 2001 starting Quarterback Drew Bledsoe got injured and Brady came in. He won 11 out of 16 Games and led the Patriots to their first Super Bowl win ever. Brady got Super Bowl MVP. Two years later in 2003 Brady led the Patriots to a 14-2 season and they won Super Bowl XXXVIII where he was once again Super Bowl MVP. Brady completed 32 of 48 passes for 354 yards and three touchdowns in Super Bowl XXXVIII. In Super Bowl XXXIX they beat the Philadalphia Eagles where he completed 23 of 33 passes for 236 yards and two touchdowns with a 110.2 quarterback rating. He is the youngest Quarterback to win a superbowl at age 24.Brady was voted to the Pro Bowl in 2001 and 2004. He already has 3 superbowl rings and hes only 28 years old which is more than most NFL players get in their career. He is still young and will go far with the Patriots.
